Question for Travis: how do you decide when to put the various books on sale? And does Rachel end up with more of a cut if I buy the book 3 audiobook now (with either money or a credit) than if I buy it at a later date when it might be lower price? I'm happy to buy it at the preorder rate if it benefits you guys, but not if it's just amazon!
